Indeed we human beings are blessed with a very special gift. What is that? We are living with it day and night but we have forgotten its value. That gift is human body. This body is endowed with numerous facilities of various kinds. Man has a great power to live according to his own way. No other living being has got so much freedom as man has. In the human form only one can enjoy art, literature and music. He can walk around in below zero degree temperature and can work in high temperatures as well. Our scriptures and great seers declare that human form is a strong ladder to reach God. Man has great power to do everything; he has a brilliant brain to make inventions for instance, computer, mobile, TV etc. Many people are unaware of it's value and so they waste their life in sinful action. Once a disciple asked a master,” How can I be a great man?” He replied,” Being a man itself is a great achievement.” Once two friends were talking. One said,” What is the difference between A Man and An Ass?” Second friend replied,” A man can make an ass of himself but an ass can’t make a man of itself.” If a father brings some expensive thing or gift and he sees that children are not taking care of it and misusing it, he will never bring such gifts again or even may take them back. God has blessed us with a wonderful life which is truly precious. Let us express our gratitude to the almighty in the form of our selfless service and devotion for the countless blessings he has showered upon us.
