THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING IN THE WORLD

Once a painter wanted to paint the most beautiful thing in the world. He couldn't decide as to what could be the most beautiful thing in the world. To seek some advice, he went to the priest and put forth the question, "Father, what is the most beautiful thing in the world." The priest replied, "Faith is the most beautiful thing in the world." Later when the painter met a soldier, the latter replied to the former's query that peace is most beautiful
A lover replied, "Love is the most beautiful thing in the world."
The painter was utterly confused. How could he paint faith, peace and love ? What should be paint? He returned home and saw faith in the heart of his wife, love in his children's eyes and there was peace all round him. And he painted the most beautiful thing in the world "HOME"

Smart Work

What is smart work?
Smart work is putting the minimum effort which causes the maximum impact on the result.

 *Advantage* :
1.It increases the worker’s freedom and autonomy.

2.It has a greater capacity to organize your time.

3.It saves you money on workspaces, transport or supplies (electricity, heating, etc.)

4.You can save a lot of time on journeys, especially in big cities.

5.It improves the reconciliation of work life with personal and family life, which is often highly valued.

6.If the work is well structured (usually based on objectives), productivity can be increased.

7.An improvement in the worker’s quality of life is noticed, the worker values the work and the company.

8.This can attract talent to the business.

9.It allows the integration of people with reduced mobility.

 *Disadvantages of Smart work:-*
1.Smart work may make us lazy, as we get used to doing less work and get more output.

2.Mere smart work may not yield results. “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”.

3.Hence we cannot completely rely on smart work.

4.To work smartly, at first we need knowledge about the work, which comes only with hard work and experience.

5.We cannot teach hard work to smart working persons if they are not willing to work hard.

*Meaning of Hard work*
Hard work would mean spending long hours to complete my work without any shortcuts. It definitely ensures results but the process is long and stressful.

 *Advantages of Hard work:-*
1.Through hard work, we gain knowledge and experience.

2.This will help us to do smart work, that means we can then analyse shortcuts to do the same amount of work.

3.Hard work teaches us patience and discipline.

4.The result of hard work will be more appealing to us because we put a lot of effort into achieving it.

5.Everyone will choose hardworking persons to work under them.

6.We can teach smart work to hard-working people and we can be sure about the improved productivity because they work hard.

*Disadvantages of Hard* *work:-*
1.Hard work may become boring and monotonous.

2.It consumes a lot of time and effort.

3.If we fail after doing so much hard work, it’ll be very difficult to cope up with it.

*Conclusion:-*
We need to work hard as well as smart to achieve success in our lives. Only one of both will not be sufficient in this modern world. And hence both hard work and smart work are essential to succeed in life.

TWO WAY EDUCATION-NEEDED

Education nowadays  has become prominent thing as it involves most people to take part in this matter. In addition, it cannot be separated from human’s life. Both males and females need to be educated. Education plays an important role in the development of a country. If a country does not have proper education, it may be left behind by other countries which support education. There are many factors that affect the education system. Culture, technology, and economical matters give much impact to the education system of a country. The regulation made by the government affects how the education system works in a country. For example, the education system in Indonesia still uses the one-way communication. The teachers stand in front of class and explain all the materials, while the students just sit down on their seats and listen to the teachers. One-way communication has negative effects on the students. They become unconfident to share their opinions or even ask a question. The government should improve this education to a better one. Two-way communication is considered as a better way in teaching method. The development of technology contributes much impact on the education. It can be very useful for many people to get the education. Education is essential in human’s life.

Life

Life is defined as a "condition" that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic materials and dead organisms. Life is comprised of processes and is a maintained state. The most sophisticated form of life is man and our though focuses upon the nature of the life and death of man. Man demonstrates three lives or aspects of life: Life of the body--the physical, life of the mind and life of the spirit. Physical life is basic existence; the mind contributes effectiveness and scope; the spiritual entity contributes maximum living. Physiology: The existence of life physical is demonstrated by the presence of functions. Living tissues and organisms exhibit: Irritability: the ability to be excited or detect stimuli and to respond thereto; Growth and reproduction: this consists of the power of multiplication and duplication, regeneration and differentiation; Adaptability: permitting both change and maintenance of balances (homeostasis); and finally and most characteristic of all is Metabolism: the transformation of energy and the use of materials. These properties, however, can be retained for a while by tissues after death of the organism so there is another mystery of life which we understand only in part. Life consists of structure and processes operating under integrative control. This integrative power is the secret we do not understand--we know it confers all the life properties, the continuous flow of processes related to the organism's need for survival. Death is failure not so much of process but of integrative drive and coordination--but, of course, structure and process can fail too, destroying integrated activity. The total organism is under integrative control by brain and mind, the autonomic nervous system and by the neuroendocrine-endocrine complex, all acting in unison. These physical processes contribute to the existence of the life of the mind and spirit and are in turn powerfully affected by intellect and morale. However, we do not understand the driving force which converts inorganic matter, organizes it and then propels it into life. Life seems to be only a continuation of a heritage--life creating life. Philosophy: The life of the mind requires acquisition of knowledge, curiosity, cultivation of the power to reason, use of thought and contemplation, all under discipline. True life of the mind may not exist and may cease to be even though physical existence may be present. Somewhat the same can be said of the life of the spirit; it is also not automatically genetically granted in completed form.
