RELATIONSHIPS AND ADJUSTMENT



In this Modern era of relationships... A person have so many relationships and in every relationship there is a different role to perform. 

Our main relations like mother, father, sister, brother, etc..these are those relations in which we don't have any choice to choose. 

But our other relations like Friends, partners.. Can be chosen by us. 

But Many people, end up breaking with their friends, partners,  because sometimes their thoughts don't match. Their certain habbits don't match. So instead of adjusting or compromising either adjusting and compromising by a single person that relations don't work in a long run. 

So Try to Talk not to argue, and try to come up with a solution. But there is a thing solution will only come if both people work on that.

Value of trees in our life

Trees are part of society and community. Trees are like the lungs of the earth.
They are the assets the keep the mother earth healthy. Trees play a significant role in our existence. They consume co 2 and provide us fresh oxygen to breathe. Trees prevent soil erosion reduce heat in the atmosphere.noise and air pollution are controlled by trees.trees provides us fruit fodder and fuel.wood is used for furniture and house building. In this panademic period of corona so many people suffering from this disease and they are not getting oxygen cylinder in hospitals.so we should learn from this. That's trees are the main source of oxygen. We should grow more and more trees.

How to keep motivated as a teacher?

We have all experienced that feeling of burnout at one point or the other in our teaching career. Here are five ways that you can follow to freshen up your state of mind.

1. Switch it up

One particular problem with this time of year is monotony. This can be reduced by either changing the seating plan, swap the subjects in your schedule or perhaps change up how you start your day. You can also start your lecture by reciting a poem that isn’t part of your curriculum.

2. Look after yourself

As a teacher your diet and health can often be forgotten about or the last thing on your mind. No matter how busy you are, always make time to cook a healthy lunch and remember to eat it. A chocolate bar is the best thing to have for lunch. 

3. Read educational books

This is a super easy way to revitalise your lesson plans. Read some educational books and try out the best ideas that will fit your classroom. Test out and see which ones work best for you and your students. This will not only help your students but also help you develop as a teacher.

4. Notice how far you’ve come

A great way to help get back your motivation is to see how much you’ve improved, whether that’s from the beginning of term, last year or over the past couple of years. Try looking back at old lesson plans and see how much better you can deliver it now compared to then. 

5. Observe other teachers

See what is happening in other classrooms. By seeing how other teachers teach, how they deliver lessons and engage students can help you develop ideas to use within your own classroom, or perhaps help you decide that you would like to teach another year group.

At last all I can say,
Be patient..... 
Just remember that all professions have their ups and downs. Talk to other teachers about it, most often they will tell you that they’ve been in the exact position you are in now. Try making minor changes and leave the door open for motivation to find you when you least expect it. Before you know it, you’ll be swimming in ideas and not enough time to try them all out. Perseverance is key, teaching isn’t an easy job but it’s a job worth doing and the rewards far out way any negatives.

Discipline is very important in our life.
It turns a common man into successful person .
If the young students in school and colleges do not learn discipline,they will never be able to extract obedience from others in society .
Infact society will never accept them as person fit for any responsible position in our life .A school without discipline can never impact suitable education to the students .
Discipline also plays an important part in the playground as well as in the the battle field .
A discipline team is likely to win the match of its weakness but very good may not farewell want of our discipline .
we should make time table of our routine. 
At start, it is difficult to follow the rules and regulations but afterwards it becomes essential part of our life.Discipline is essential for the physical,mental and social development of an individual, undiscipline student fail to win any position on in their life.
Discipline is like a blood in the body.
 It develops self confidence among the students.
Discipline is the first stair of success. 
In the end it can be said that discipline is like a blood in the backbone of our nation .
Without discipline the life of human being is not less than a best.

THE BIGGEST ENEMY OF HEALTH IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD IS POVERTY.

You can write about India being poverty stuck nation. One fourth of population is poor. Indian poor comprises one third of total poor in world.

Concept

The concept of poverty in India is mainly based on calorie intake & subsistence income required to carry on day to day activities. International poverty lines are defined by UNO "AMARTYA SEN" a nobel laureate has a different approach to poverty as capability deprivation.

Measurement of Poverty 

Measurement of Poverty is an essential step as it  would tell us which policies & in which capacity are required to fight poverty. Head count ration is one of the measure to calculate absolute number of poor below poverty line.

Steps & policies 

Various policies have been implemented to lower the level of poverty. Recently,a food security bill has been passed which would allow consumers to buy food grains at very low price.

ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਲੰਮੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਬਹੁਤੀ,
ਦੁੱਖ  ਲੱਗ  ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾ ਲੰਮੀ ਬਹੁਤ  ਲੱਗਦੀ  ਏ,
ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆ  ਮੋਕਾ ਭਾਲੇ ਲੁੱਟਣ  ਦਾ,
ਮੋਕਾ ਮਿਲਦਿਆ  ਹੀ ਲੁੱਟਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਗੁੱਡੀ  ਚੜੇ ਅੰਬਰ ਤੇ ਤਾ  ਬਹੁਤ  ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ,
ਬਾਕੀ ਤਾ ਦੁਨੀਆ  ਅੰਦਰੋ ਅੰਦਰ  ਬਹੁਤ  ਹੀ ਸਕਦੀ ਏ,
ਬਹੁਤ  ਖੁਸ਼  ਨਸੀਬ  ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਮਾਪੇ,
ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਔਲਾਦ  ਰੋਕਣ ਤੇ ਖੜੀ ਏ,
ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਧ  ਬੱਚੇ  ਲਈ  ਹੋਵੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਰਗਾ,
 ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ  ਦੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਭੁੱਖ  ਭੱਜਦੀ ਏ, 
ਜਿਸ  ਘਰ ਵਿਚ  ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਸੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ,
ਉਹਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੁਲੀ ਵੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ,
ਫੁੱਲ  ਖੜਿਆ ਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ  ਸੋਹਣਾ,
ਟੁੱਟ  ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾ ਪਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ  ਹੀ ਸੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ,
ਮੂੰਹ ਮਿੱਠਾ  ਜਦੋ ਦਸੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਚਿਹਰਾ,
ਜਣਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਉਹਦੇ ਤੇ ਥੁੱਕ ਜਾਦਾ,
ੳ ਬੰਦਿਆ  ਮਾਣ ਨਾ ਕਰੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ  ਦੇ  ਸਰੀਰ ਦਾ ,
ਇਹਦਾ ਸਫਰ ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ੇਰ ਤੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਮੁੱਕ  ਜਾਦਾ।

Then girls are precious.

After all also she is a part of the society.
She also has been created by Almighty.
Without her the existence of man is not possible,

Healthy Eating

Always Eating healthy food remains an important part of maintaining our good health. 
But for that we have to adopt our heritage in its full glory. According to Ayurveda, sub-optimal digestion is the basis for every known and unknown disease. Falling ill with every change of season, constipation and irritability are clear signs of indigestion. Getting tired quickly, painful periods,acne or the inability to fall asleep,etc.The solution, however, are so simple that you can easily adopt in your daily life.

 *1.Sit cross legged*: First of all, sitting on the floor cross-legged (sukhasana) is one of the best therapies for our joints. The spine aligns itself, the muscles of the back lean to engage themselves, the pelvic joint leaves open, offering stability, strength and stretching all in one. No wonder then that it's also prefect position for prayer and meditation. A stable spine means no paunch and optimum height growth; strong muscles mean good posture and better athletic performance; flexible pelvic joints means less livelihood of falling and pulling or breaking anything in the body. And, of course, sitting cross-legged directs the flow of blood to the stomach, leading to optimum digestion.
 
*2. Switch off*: Whether it's phones, iPads or TV, get off gadgets of all kinds while eating. Munching while viewing is not just scientifically linked to obesity, it may result in overeating or not eating well.

*3. Switch on your senses*: Watch the food and nothing else, eat with your hands, smell the aroma, chew slowly so that you can hear yourself eating and let the tongue guide you with the perception of taste. Keeping all your senses focused on food help nature your appetite, eat as per your body's needs and, most importantly, allows kids to exercise control over the act of eating.
 With these simple steps we are able to get more from less.
Eating healthy food in a right manner leads a healthy body.
