Change
means to make a difference in the state or condition of a thing or to
substitute another state or condition.
Change
can be toughest because it can challenge how we think, how we work, the quality
of our relationships, and even our physical sense of identity. We usually react
to change in certain stages:
*Shock
*Anger
and other emotional
*Ignorance
*Acceptance
and moving forward.
But
our progression through these stages is rarely simple. We might get stuck in
one stage, or advance quickly but then regress. And there is often no
clear-cut, decisive move from one stage to another. For example - Shock can
change to anger; ignorance can change to acceptance and so on. Through this we
can realise that change in our personal state of mind can change our behavior
and the whole situation.
